If you would like to cancel or transfer a module, please send us an email with your account details.

Cancellation Policy for YSP Summer 2024

The registration fee of $98 CAD is non-refundable.

If you register before Wednesday, May 15, 2024.

If you registered before Wednesday, May 15, 2024, and you notify us before May 14, 2024, midnight EST, then you will receive a 100% refund of the module fee(s) only. The registration fee (distinct from the module fee) of $98 is not refundable.

If you register for a module on or after Wednesday, May 15, 2024.

If you registered on or after Wednesday, May 15, 2024, and change your mind, the module fee(s) are eligible for a full refund if you notify us by email within 48 hours from the time you registered for the program (i.e. 48-hour grace period). All registrations are considered final (i.e. non-refundable) after 48 hours. The $98 registration fee (distinct from the module fee) is not refundable.
